Carrie's Cocktail Chef Jason Santos from Abbey Lane Food & Spirits edition
Here's the recipe.
2 oz. Gin
1/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
3 heaping tablespoons of Strawberry Preserves
Cinnamon Donut (garnish)
(Pillsbury Biscuits, deep fried and rolled in cinnamon sugar)
Mix Gin, Lemon Juice, and Preserves and shake violently and with gusto over ice.
Pour into chilled martini glass
Garnish with the donut on a drink skewer
