Mistress Carrie's Blog
Welcome to Mistress Carrie's Blog!
Anyone that knows me, or that has listened to my show, knows that my emotions are worn right on my sleeve.
This week has been tough for everyone, but it was especially hard for people born and raised in Boston.
We have adopted Corey Taylor (Stone Sour/Slipknot) as a fellow Bostonian, and in doing so... We have welcomed him into our family!
I cannot wait to hear the rest of their new album, The Devil Put Dinosaurs Here, especially if Hollow, and Stone are any inclination of how the rest will sound! Those songs ROCK!
Check out the awesome new music in stores today!
The new self titled album from Device, the new project from David Draiman, also of Disturbed!
I had a chance to sit down with one of my FAVORITE people last night, Corey Taylor from Stone Sour/Slipknot! We have known each other for years, and we always have so much to talk about! Here are 4 parts to my interview!
Ozzy and Lita Ford got drunk and high in a recording studio and wrote "Close My Eyes Forever", one of the biggest hits of their careers!
There are many ways that you can Support The Troops. You can send care packages, help the families while the soldiers are deployed, volunteer, and then there's running...
The new album, The Devil Put Dinosaurs Here will be officially released on May 14... Until then, here's another new song. Listen to STONE below, and let me know what you think!
Scott Ian from Anthrax dives head first into the special effects world, getting shot and blown up in the process.
The Dropkick Murphy's are famous for having a stage full of fans, during their live shows! Most times, people behave... This time, a guy thought it was "cool" to start flashing the Nazi salute... That was a bad idea.
Dimebag Darrell was WAY ahead of his time. Dime was famous for getting you with fireworks, if you were brave enough to pass out in his house after too much drinking.
I had to pass this along to all of my other fellow Beatles fanatics!
Sometimes I see things online, and it scares the hell out of me... This is one of those things. I HAD to share it with you. It's like when someone smells something awful, and they say "Gross... smell this".
