Carrie's Cocktail Jarek Mountain from Back Bay Harry's edition

Jarek from Back Bay Harry's came up to the studio to share a drink called The King of the North.

It smells amazing!


2 oz. House made Butter Pecan Whiskey (to make at home read instructions below)

1/4 oz. Lillet Rouge

1/4 oz. Contratto Rosso



Fill shaker with fresh ice

Add ingredients

Shake 10-15 times

Strain over large ice ball

Butter Pecan Whiskey recipe:

750ML Rye Whiskey

8oz. Pecans

1 stick unsalted butter

1/2 cup brown sugar

Bake pecans at 350* for 20 minutes

Melt butter and brown sugar on low heat

pour whiskey into butter slowly and stir

pour pecans into whiskey mixture let simmer for 10 minutes

put in fridge overnight

strain through fine strainer, whiskey is ready to serve
