The Difference Between "Clear Talking" And "Slow Jamming"

This week the Presidential Campaigns are focusing on the youth vote by addressing Student Loans and Interest Rates. It seems on this issue both President Obama and Republican favorite Mitt Romney actually agree. In fact their talking points are almost identical. Except the delivery is rather disparate. Let us compare:
Here's Romney in Pennsylvania on Monday touching on the subject in front of the Press and Supporters:
The message is clear, the former Massachusetts Governor is well spoken and seems genuinely concerned about rising interest rates affecting the unemployed.
Now, here's the President appearing on "Late Night With Jimmy Fallon" which was being taped at The University Of North Carolina in front of a very friendly crowd of people who may be directly affected by this issue. And since they are College Kids they may be all hopped up on the "Weed".
WOW! Mitt Romney is a Smooth Operator, but President Obama is one Bad Motherf****r. Who do you think gets the "Youth Vote" here. That's if the "Youth" can actually get their asses out to VOTE.
