The 30 Day Grilled Cheese Challenge: Day 12, "The Quint"

Sorry about running behind on posting the travelogue of my Grilled Cheese Odyssey. I've been busy stocking up on Benafibre for next month. And the Cheese Train continues to roll with this hearty sandwich from the sea. Named after the salty Captain of the Orca the movie "Jaws", this Grilled Cheese is sure to keep you nourished on a crazed whiskey fueled shark hunt from hell.
It's kind of a variation on "The Fishwich" but I decided not to bread or batter the fish because Quint would never have done that. He's got no time for such highfalutin landlubber luxuries. Quint would pull that fish right out of the water and bite it's head off before shoving in between some soggy cheese and bread. But I decided to cook it because I am a sea-sick pussy.
I used two small pieces of Tilapia and placed them on a pile of shredded cheddar with a light smear of Tartar sauce. It needed more seasoning than the olive oil, salt, and pepper I used to cook the fish. Of course you have to have a fresh can of Narragansett Lager to accompany it.
