Davilo stopped his Ford, which officers described as a replica of The A-Team van in the 1980s television series "The A-Team" starring Mr. T. But while the officer was still seated in his car, Davilo back his vehicle into the patrol car.
The officer got out of his car, began to approach the van, and Davilo drove forward and then back again into the patrol car.
Davilo's window was down, and the officer yelled for him to stop the van. But Davilo drove forward again, this time striking a light pole.
The officer, armed with a Taser, repeatedly told Davilo to show him his hands, but he refused.
The officer tased Davilo several times because he would not show his hands as directed.
Backup arrived, and officers pulled Davilo out of the van, which they said is made to look like The A-Team's black van with a red stripe.
Davilo appeared to be intoxicated, and officers later found an open can of beer in the van.
One officer was hurt during the incident.
Davilo was arrested on charges of fleeing or attempting to elude a law-enforcement officer, leaving the scene of an accident, two counts of resisting an officer without violence, and aggravated battery on a law-enforcement officer with a vehicle.
