Japan Explains Their Nuclear Problems To It's Children Using Poo

Don't get me wrong. I'm not making fun of this. The problems Japan is facing now is testing it's people's patient and persevering nature. This video is a product of Japanese artist Hachiya Kazuhiko trying to explain the problems at the Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant to his family to help calm their fears. With the help of some friends the video was produced and made available on- line to help other parents do the same. Explaining Nuclear Power to an adult not familiar with the concept is hard enough so explaining it to a child must be more challenging. Especially the possible dangers. By using poop humor(which is always funny to kids and myself) the message is softened(no pun intended). I also have to add, the Japanese have this uncanny ability to make everything cute which will also help push the message through(that may have been an intended pun) I hope this video helps and maybe brings a little laughter to some kids who are struggling to deal with this catastrophe and their parents who are doing the same.
