Beastie Boys Debut New Album At Madison Square Garden!....Kind Of.

The Beastie Boys took Center Court at Madison Square Garden to debut their upcoming album, "Hot Sauce Committee Part 2" Well, not personally. They used a boom box and microphone to play the full album which comes out on May 3rd. And why not? The Knicks won't be doing anything there for the rest of the season.

I hope they release Part One at some point. It's a great album, but it feels short. I remember reading Mike D say that the perfect record length is about an hour, and I'd have to agree.

The album is phenomenal. It is real Hip-Hop and one of my favorite albums of 2011. Hip-Hop needed this. It is amazing to see the group’s growth over decades. With each release they only get better.
